North Light’s marina features 280 dry storage boat slips with rack lengths of 30-40 feet. Racks accommodate vessels up to up to 42’ LOA, but can be reconfigured to accommodate increased needs on length and height. Please contact the Marina Office to discuss your boat’s specific requirements.
Our state-of-the-art boat house was designed for secure storage with galvanized steel and is built to withstand 130+ mph hurricane force winds. North Light has been granted designation as a Clean Marina. Our marina was built to exceed the requirements for this voluntary designation and North Light is dedicated to environmental responsibility. In order to become designated as a Clean Marina, facilities must implement measures to protect habitat, manage facility waste, control storm water and prepare for emergency and spill prevention.
Boat loft ownership at North Light is fee simple title and along with your loft purchase, you’ll receive exceptional service in a relaxing environment. A Sea-Tow membership is included for your first year of loft ownership and boating safety classes are available to ensure a safe boating experience.
