Boat Loft Ownership Rewards & Privileges




North Light’s marina features 280 dry storage boat slips with rack lengths of 30-40 feet. Racks accommodate vessels up to up to 42’ LOA, but can be reconfigured to accommodate increased needs on length and height. Please contact the Marina Office to discuss your boat’s specific requirements.

Our state-of-the-art boat house was designed for secure storage with galvanized steel and is built to withstand 145 mph hurricane force winds. North Light is currently seeking designation as a Clean Marina. Our marina was built to exceed the requirements for this voluntary designation and North Light is dedicated to environmental responsibility. In order to become designated as a Clean Marina, facilities must implement measures to protect habitat, manage facility waste, control storm water and prepare for emergency and spill prevention.



Boat loft ownership at North Light is fee simple title and along with your loft purchase, you’ll receive exceptional service in a relaxing environment. Let us handle the details while you enjoy a day of fun in the gulf. A Sea-Tow membership is included for your first year of loft ownership and boating safety classes are available to ensure a safe boating experience.


The foregoing is given as an accommodation to the Buyer. Actual costs and expenses shall be determined in the subject sales contract, membership agreement, and as negotiated between the Buyer and the Buyer's Lender. No warrantee, representation or guarantees are provided herein that the costs set forth herein are accurate. Real estate taxes are estimates only, and are unknown to the Seller at this time, as taxes have not yet been determined by the Tax Collector for the Units. Recording fees and taxes are based on the current rates, and subject to change by the State Legislature. The foregoing does not include costs that will be charged by any lender selected by the Buyer, including but not limited to, appraisal fees, tax escrows, origination fees, commitment fees, and similar costs. Nor does the foregoing include any cost of obtaining any additional insurance, documentary tax stamps, condominium capital contribution fees, settlement fees or recording costs.
